Terms of use of the apartment

The landlord of the apartment accommodation units (hereinafter: the “host”) is a legal entity “OPG Ivan Perica” which, according to the law, may and may perform this activity and presents it on the website www.opg-perica.com to rent.
Visitors/guests (hereinafter “guest” or “guests”) are all-natural and legal persons who rent apartment accommodation from the host.

By publishing the Terms of Use on the website www.opg-perica.com, it is considered that the guest is familiar with them and accepts them and assumes the obligation to follow the rules stated in them when using the services offered by the host. For any additional information about the accommodation, please contact your host.

1. Guests are obliged to take care of their belongings and valuables left in the apartments, and the host is not responsible for their possible disappearance.
2. Guests are responsible for their behavior in the house and its surroundings, and in the event of an accident, they bear the consequences themselves.
3. Guests are obliged to lock the front door of the apartment when they are inside, and when they go outside, they must lock the doors and windows, turn off the lights, and all electrical appliances (TV, air conditioning, stove, etc.), and turn off the water.
4. The host has the right, in the absence of the guest, in special circumstances, to enter the apartment to prevent possible damage or danger.
5. It is forbidden for guests to destroy equipment and furniture, cause riots, and disturb other guests. In particular, it is forbidden to make noise in the time between 2 to 4 PM and from 11 PM to 7 AM.
6. The apartment can be used only by persons who are duly registered as guests, and the host can approve any visits at the request of the guest.
7. Weapons, explosives, and highly flammable materials are not allowed.
8. The use of equipment and devices that are not part of the offer of the apartment is allowed only with the consent of the host.
9. If there is disappearance or damage to installations, furniture, appliances, equipment of the apartment, the guest is obliged to inform the host. If the disappearance or damage was caused by the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to reimburse the appropriate equivalent.
10. It is forbidden to take out devices and equipment (towels, blankets, kitchen accessories, etc.) from the apartment.
11. The guest must present the host an ID card or passport immediately upon arrival, to be registered via eVisitor.
12. Bedding and towels are included and changed every 7 days if the guest wishes or as needed. The host is not required to clean and tidy up the apartment. During the use of the apartment, you have to maintain the order and cleanliness of the apartment. Smoking is not permitted in the bedrooms. Take into account the possible risk of fire.
13. Pets are allowed in the apartment only with the permission of the host.
14. Accommodation is available from 2 PM on the day of arrival until 11 AM on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed in advance with the host or indicated in the presentation of the apartment.
15. We kindly ask you on the day of departure to leave the room until 11 AM, so it can be cleaned and made up for other guests who come after you and have the right to enter after 2 PM. Staying in the apartment after 11 AM unconditional entails the payment of a daily rate without the possibility of further stay in the unit. The keys have to be returned at check–out.
16. The guest who violates house rules and disturbs the peace will be unconditionally refused accommodation. In case of cancellation of the accommodation by the host for violation of house rules, the guest will be charged the full amount for the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay. If you decide to terminate your reservation earlier, you must pay for the entire reserved period. The price for the apartments is going to be charged within the first two days of use.
17. The guest can communicate his remarks, wishes, and compliments to the host, who is available during working hours from 8 AM to 8 PM.
18. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, the host has the right to cancel the guest’s further provision of services.
