The two-bedroom apartment is located in an indigenous single-family house with an independent entrance, partly in the area of the former firehouse. It is 45 m2 in size, with two double bedrooms.  The kitchen is connected to the living room. It is equipped with all necessary appliances: a refrigerator, electric hob, dishwasher, and also with washing machine. There is a dining table, followed by a living room with a sofa bed. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Cooling/heating with air conditioning and heating with electric radiators.

The two-bedroom apartment is suitable for a maximum of five people.
